Request a Transcript

Need to request a GCU transcript? You can request an official transcript online, or by fax, mail or email. Current and former students may request transcripts, provided all account holds are cleared with a zero balance.

Order Transcripts on GCU's Student Portal

Using your student account, log in and request your official transcripts. At the time of order, be prepared to pay the processing fee with a debit or credit card. Requests are typically processed and mailed on the next business day, following your submission.

Please note: You should not request your official transcript until you are certain your completed course or degree has posted.

Fax and email requests are completed within three business days. Mailed requests typically require three weeks for processing.


Canyon Connect

Track the status of all your required course materials for classes on Canyon Connect. You will find out if you need to get a textbook, whether it is available as a download and the status of the material. 

Textbooks

The statuses that will be displayed are:

  • Print Text Required - A textbook must be purchased.
  • No Text Required - No textbook is needed.
  • Digital - Your course requires digital material that is available on the Learning Management System.
